Rights
As far as our taping policy, we feel that it is generally ok to tape our live shows at this time as long as we know about it ahead of time (email confrimation) and the club is cool with it (not our responsibility to find out).
On October 20, 2004, KTB sent the following email to Mark (maddog) granting permission for archival purposes on archive.org
Hey Maddog-
I think it is cool if you post the Billy's show.
We have a couple of shows that were recorded live that we are very proud of. Any way you could post those for us?
